All units consist of rectangular shapes ensuring the use of space is efficiently maximising livability.
Each unit has been designed to suit the particular need of the occupant with a major focus on ensuring balanced ratios between storage, living space and utility areas.
All living areas have been designed to maxmise width to allow optimal direct light and view aspects for greater livability.
All apartments feature Polytec joinery, soft close drawers, 100% silica free stone benchtops and highly considered design. All island benches feature half round detail, curved edges and overhang to allow for bench seating. All kitchen sinks are under bench mounted and single bowl in design (1 bedroom sinks are 450mm wide, 2 bedrooms are 550mm and 3 bedrooms are 700mm wide). Optional stone splashbacks are available for selection.
All apartments come standard with 620mm Miele induction cooktop with PowerFlex, 600mm Miele pyrolytic oven, Smeg dishwasher and rangehood. Optional integrated Miele dishwasher and Fisher and Paykel integrated fridge are available for selection.
All units have generous bedrooms with direct access to light and ventilation. The rooms are a minimum 3m x 3m area that is exclusive of the built in robe which can accommodate space for king size beds and bedside tables.

All bedrooms and living areas feature ducted reverse cycle heating, cooling, with A/C units farmed in separate areas (not located on balcony).
By 2030, the ACT will be a leading jurisdiction in the adoption of zero emissions vehicle technologies and to ensure Ahlei is future proofed, every car space is EV ready. An optional Ocular EV charger is available for selection which includes a thermal sensor, cabling, 32 amp single phase isolator and the charger unit.
